Independent qualifying blocks: 50% in Part A and 50% across Parts B+C+D COMBINED, with the officially announced 25% passing-mark relaxation for reserved categories only wherever the corresponding post is reserved. All four parts' final marks contribute to skill-test ranking; written tie → academic scores in notified qualification. 1:10 written-to-driving test shortlisting. Practical driving Skill Test 100 marks, at least 60 marks for everyone with no relaxation. Only Bengaluru hosts the Skill Test; written test may be held at Bengaluru or other Indian cities chosen later.
