About this Recruitment

Recruitment-specific overview from the published record.

Tiruvallur DCCM Technical Assistant 2026 — Official Eligibility, Dual-Language Typing, Collectorate Work and Complete Application Guide

District Climate Change Mission (DCCM), Tiruvallur is recruiting one Technical Assistant on a purely contractual basis, under the Tamil Nadu Department of Environment and Climate Change guidelines. This is not an open statewide technical-exam drive. The appointment is located at Tiruvallur District Collectorate, the candidate must reside in Tiruvallur District, and the skill requirement specifically includes basic typewriting in Tamil and English. The official consolidated remuneration is ₹22,000 per month, and the government-sanctioned engagement is 19 months. The district recruitment page opened the notice on 29 October 2026 and fixes the application-receipt deadline at 10 November 2026, 5:45 PM.

The original recruitment notice does not display a formal advertisement serial number. Its title and district issue date—not an invented notification number—identify this recruitment. The separately downloadable three-page Tamil–English application form is part of the procedure; a bare CV or a request in an email body is not a substitute for completing that form.

🧾 Decision table: decide eligibility before preparing the form

🎓 Degree eligibility: subject relevance matters more than a generic graduation label

The notification lists Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Forestry, Wildlife and Public Policy. It also allows a similar relevant discipline, without providing a university-by-university equivalence register or examples beyond the listed subjects. This is a qualifying undergraduate degree requirement from a recognised university or institution. There is no published minimum percentage or CGPA, no requirement for a Master's/PhD, and no separate GATE/NET condition. Candidates with a related but differently named degree should provide the exact award, university, specialisation and relevant coursework in the application rather than asserting equivalence as an established fact.

For example, a candidate with a recognised B.Sc. in Environmental Sciences has a degree explicitly within the listed field, but still must satisfy Tiruvallur residence, age and bilingual typing. A candidate holding an unrelated general degree does not automatically qualify merely because the form contains an 'UG Degree' row. The notice reserves assessment of 'similar relevant' subjects to the recruiting authority; applicants should seek direct clarification when the printed degree title falls outside the explicit list.

How the three-page form records your qualifications

The application form on page 2 has four academic-history rows: SSLC, HSC, UG Degree, and PG/Other. For each, it asks degree/specialisation, institution/university, year of passing and percentage/CGPA. The PG/Other row is for declaring additional qualifications, not a hidden compulsory postgraduate eligibility filter. Record the marks as printed and attach supporting certificates; do not substitute a personally estimated percentage where the awarding institution uses CGPA. The official recruitment notice does not announce a minimum 60% cutoff, so neither the JSON nor the applicant should invent one.

⌨️ The typing requirement is bilingual and is actually assessed

The notice says the candidate should possess basic typewriting skills in both Tamil and English, and the selection process announces a typing test in person. Form item 10 separately asks English: Lower / Higher / None and Tamil: Lower / Higher / None, with supporting-document copies. These boxes are the application form's declaration categories; the notice does not say that only a Higher-grade certificate passes, nor does it publish an examination speed in words per minute, error allowance, pass percentage, test text, duration or keyboard layout. Do not imply an unannounced typing standard.

Practical preparation can include entering Tamil and English office text accurately, naming and saving files, checking spelling and formatting a short official note. That is editorial preparation, not a prescribed employer syllabus. Any candidate with a certificate should enter its exact issuing authority and level. If the skill is acquired by another method, the official form and district authorities—not an invented local rule—determine acceptable evidence. The candidate should neither falsely claim Lower/Higher certification nor confuse proficiency in one language with the requirement for both.

📍 Residence and age: two independently decisive checks

District residence is a specific essential condition. The form asks for Native District / Residence (item 5) and Permanent Address (item 6). A person's workplace or college being located in Tiruvallur does not by itself prove residence there. The notification does not identify one exclusive acceptable residence-certificate format, so submit authentic supporting material if available and follow any later district clarification rather than claiming that an unmentioned particular certificate is mandatory.

The age language is precise: the candidate must not have completed 40 years as on 01.10.2026. Thus someone born 1 October 1986 had completed 40 on the reference date, whereas someone born 2 October 1986 had not; the latter still needs every other eligibility condition. The operative date is 1 October, not the 10 November submission deadline. No numeric age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD or any other category is printed in this notice. It would be wrong to borrow a concession from a different Tamil Nadu recruitment. Likewise, the advertisement gives no stated minimum age.

🗂️ Relevant experience: the exact distinction between a preference and a compulsory gate

The notice states that candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a Government Department / Government Office, may be given first preference. Those words do not establish a universal mandatory one-year experience threshold. The application form nevertheless asks candidates to disclose experience truthfully, including organisation/department, designation, start and end dates, total period and nature of work; attach the relevant certificates when experience is claimed.

The specifically named skills are data entry, compilation, tabulation, data management, official file maintenance, record keeping, documentation, drafting official reports and letters, PowerPoint presentations, and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency. A previous climate-change job title is not stated to be mandatory. Conversely, simply writing 'computer knowledge' without concrete office tasks is weaker documentary evidence than showing the actual reports, registers, tabulation or minutes work performed. The authority—not the candidate or an unofficial portal—decides how a preferential history influences shortlisting.

Work evidence described in the noticeHow to explain it with authentic records
Data entry / tabulationNature of registers or Excel tables maintained, checking and compilation responsibilities
Office documentation / record keepingFile indexing, correspondence handling, chronological records and report submission
Official communicationLetters, meeting minutes and reports prepared in Word or the office's approved format
Presentation preparationPowerPoint briefing or training/event reports prepared as part of actual duties
Government-office experienceDepartment, designation, joining/relieving dates and employer-issued experience proof

This table explains the evidence to describe, not a new scoring matrix. No percentage, work-experience points or government-service quota is established by the source.

🌱 What the Technical Assistant will actually do at the Collectorate

The official notification provides a detailed responsibilities list. The position is a district coordination and records role in climate action, not simply data entry and not automatically a field research scientist. Day-to-day assignments will be determined by the district mission, but the notified responsibilities allow applicants to understand the expected output.

1. Line-department liaison and state–district coordination

The assistant is expected to support cooperation among relevant line departments on environmental protection and climate action and to act as the working link between the state Department of Environment and Climate Change and the district DCCM. A useful office record is an action-point register showing which department provided which update and whether follow-up is outstanding. That register is an example of practical organisation, not a separate mandatory software platform stated by the government.

2. Meeting support on an actual two-month cadence

The notice expressly assigns organisation of DCCM meetings once every two months and preparation/submission of minutes of meeting. This means organising notices/agendas, compiling department inputs, maintaining attendance and decisions, and ensuring the approved minutes are filed and communicated as directed. Do not represent the bimonthly meeting rule as an applicant's typing-test schedule or imply that exact future meeting dates have already been published.

3. Climate adaptation, mitigation and programme documentation

The assistant helps document successful adaptation and mitigation initiatives; collect records for DCCM activities; review innovations and existing environment/climate schemes; and assist planning future programme and stakeholder engagements. A clear distinction is needed between activities actually documented by the district and recommendations for future action. No GIS certificate, emissions-accounting accreditation or environmental modelling examination is imposed by this particular recruitment notice.

4. District climate-resilience capacity-building activities

DCCM responsibilities include coordination of capacity-building programmes and assisting in District Level Climate Resilient Capacity Building Workshops. Logistical support may involve invitations, session materials, participating departments, attendance, photographs and a consolidated event report. These are plausible examples of the specified workshop/documentation function, not extra qualifications or guaranteed events on particular dates.

5. A traceable official record, not an informal photo folder

The notification explicitly mentions files, reports, photographs, videography and expenditure statements relating to mission schemes and activities. Appropriate handling of these records is integral to the job. In presenting existing experience, candidates can identify what they actually maintained and how it was checked. There is no official notice prescribing one brand of record-management software, a procurement responsibility, a statutory expenditure-approval power or a particular climate-budget allocation for this post.

6. Workstation versus travel expenses

The stated place of work is Tiruvallur District Collectorate, with official travel related to Department of Environment and Climate Change activities governed by applicable government norms. This is separate from attending selection: no TA/DA is paid for the typing test or interview. The employer does not specify a numerical official-travel allowance or guaranteed routine travel days.

💰 Remuneration: ₹22,000 a month is the actual figure; benefits are not invented

The notification gives ₹22,000 consolidated monthly remuneration, not a 7th CPC pay level, basic salary plus DA, a pensionable pay band or declared in-hand earnings. The government-sanctioned 19-month contractual period is also specified. Multiplying 19 by ₹22,000 gives ₹4,18,000 as a purely nominal full-period arithmetic illustration, before considering actual joining, attendance, service duration and contractual conditions. It is not a separate lump-sum benefit, a promise that all 19 payments are guaranteed, a gratuity estimate or the employer's announced project budget.

📈 Monthly-rate illustration across different elapsed service periods (calculated, not separate contracts)

Elapsed paid months (illustration)Consolidated amount INR (calculated)
1 month22000
6 months132000
12 months264000
19 months418000

Reading this chart correctly: only the 19-month duration is an officially sanctioned engagement term; 1, 6 and 12 months are arithmetic comparison checkpoints. Every number is monthly rate × months, not an additional advertised grade or a promised payment. No separate HRA/DA, gross-to-net deduction, increment, termination compensation or regular absorption has been announced. The role's contract does not create a right to regular government appointment.

📨 Actual application: every form field, supporting document and receiving channel

Step 1 — Download both original district attachments. The recruitment notification and prescribed application form are two different official PDFs available on the same government notice page. The form is three pages; do not download only the recruitment rules and then send an unstructured email.

Step 2 — Personal details (form page 1). Affix a recent passport-size photograph. Fill full name in block letters, father's/husband's name, date of birth and completed age as of 01.10.2026, gender, native district/residence, full permanent address, correct mobile number and email. Verify that actual district residence and the age cutoff are consistent with the submitted evidence.

Step 3 — Education (form page 2). Enter SSLC, HSC, undergraduate degree and postgraduate/other qualification if held, with degree/specialisation, university, passing year and percentage/CGPA. Attach your relevant educational certificates and marksheets. Show the exact recognised degree underpinning the named essential subject requirement.

Step 4 — Both languages' typing record (form page 2). For English and Tamil separately, indicate Lower / Higher / None honestly as applicable and attach any relevant supporting typing qualification/documentation. Do not invent a grade or assume an exam speed omitted from the notice.

Step 5 — Employer-by-employer experience (form page 2). For any work history, fill organisation/department, designation, from-date, to-date, total period and nature of work and attach experience certificates when available. One year's relevant government-office history is potentially preferential; absent such experience is not explicitly disqualifying on its own.

Step 6 — Declaration (form page 3). Complete place, date and candidate signature. The printed declaration states false or incorrect material can lead to cancellation of candidature/engagement without notice. An unsigned form or unsupported statement creates an avoidable risk.

Step 7 — Self-attested application attachments. The official notification asks for resume/CV, Aadhaar, educational certificates, work-experience certificates if any, typing qualification and other relevant documents, with self-attested copies. Keep a legible copy of the completed form, photographs and signature. There is no official attachment size limit or special file-naming convention specified; do not claim one.

Step 8 — Submit through an authorised channel. The PDF permits the following:

By email: tvrdfo@gmail.com and cmgfp.tlr@gmail.com are the two addresses printed together. Use the exact notified subject: Application for Technical Assistant, District Climate Change Mission, Tiruvallur. Including both in the email recipient fields is a sensible precaution but the PDF does not separately say that two independent email deliveries are a compulsory eligibility rule. Attach the completed signed form and self-attested supporting documents; keep the sent-mail record.

In person: deliver to The District Forest Officer, District Forest Office, Tiruvallur Collector office Camps, Tiruvallur – 602 001. Retain acknowledgment if the receiving desk provides one. The notice describes email or in-person receipt, not an online registration portal. It does not specify Speed Post/courier as an accepted alternative; do not assume one without asking the issuing office.

Step 9 — Respect the receipt deadline, not a guessed midnight time. The PDF's last-date section gives 10 November 2026. The more specific official district webpage explicitly adds 5:45 PM. Use 10 November 2026 at 17:45 for both application routes, and arrange for timely receipt. No application fee amount or payment instructions appear in the three-page recruitment PDF.

🧭 Selection and employment lifecycle: declared versus unannounced steps

StageWhat is actually established by the government documents
Notice issued/listedThe official Tiruvallur recruitment page shows 29 October 2026; notification PDF prints no serial number
Application period29 October–10 November 2026, 5:45 PM receipt cut-off on district page
Basic eligibility scrutinyDistrict residence; age under 40 on 1 Oct; named relevant undergraduate degree; both-language typing
Relevant experience considerationAt least one year's work, preferably government office, may receive first preference; not a mandatory degree substitute
ShortlistEligible candidates to be shortlisted; no numerical threshold or shortlist-publication date stated
In-person typing testExplicitly notified; exact date, location, speed, duration, keyboard layout, accuracy requirement and marks not announced
In-person interviewExplicitly notified; interview date, marks and relative weightage not announced
Waiting list2–3 candidates under DCCM guidelines; only one actual vacancy remains
Written CBT/syllabusNo separate conventional written CBT, subject paper, negative marking or official syllabus announced
Call letter / admit cardNo published call-letter date or independent exam-admit-card issue identified in the source
Answer keyNone announced for an objective written paper
Final list / cutoffDecision reserved to competent authority; no final score, category cutoff or result date in original documents
JoiningContract appointment under departmental terms, 19 months sanctioned, attendance and assigned duties required
Post-contractNo right to regular government appointment; schedule or recruitment may be altered/cancelled under guidelines

Important sequence limitation: the notice says candidates will be called for both an in-person interview and typing test, but does not prescribe which assessment happens first. Do not transform the list into a government-declared testing order. It does not publish a 50/50 scoring split, a speed of 30/40 WPM or a separate general-knowledge exam. The waiting list is not an extra 2–3 openings. No TA/DA is paid for attendance at the two assessments.

🧠 Preparation focused on the notified job — advisory, not an official syllabus

A candidate can prepare evidence of correct Tamil/English office typing, clear letter and minutes formatting, basic Excel tabulation and verification, and short PowerPoint presentations. For interview discussion, explain only real prior office or environment-related work and how the applicant would coordinate a two-monthly DCCM meeting, maintain a climate-activity register, reconcile an expenditure statement or compile adaptation/mitigation case documentation. These are job-relevant practice themes inferred from the listed duties; they are not prescribed exam modules, sample papers, scoring weights or interview questions issued by the district.

⚠️ Risks with this specific notification, not a generic recruitment checklist

  • Outside-district applicant: working in Tiruvallur is not the same as being a resident of Tiruvallur District; the original notice makes residence essential.
  • 40th birthday on cut-off: calculation is made on 1 October 2026; an applicant who has already completed 40 on that day does not satisfy the printed rule.
  • Unrelated degree: 'undergraduate' alone is insufficient; the discipline must be one listed or assessed as similarly relevant by DCCM.
  • Only one typing language: English-only or Tamil-only skills do not match the express bilingual wording.
  • Invented typing grade: the form provides Lower/Higher/None; claim only an actual credential or skill-supported declaration.
  • False experience gate: one-year government-office service is a possible first preference, not a universal requirement, and must not be rewritten as a numerical pass mark.
  • Weak experience record: employer name and a job title are not substitutes for date-wise history and evidence of actual work.
  • Wrong submission: the official process is a signed prescribed form through notified email or personal office submission, not a generic recruitment web portal.
  • Late submission: 5:45 PM on 10 November is on the district webpage, even though the PDF only states the date.
  • Unsigned form: page 3 contains a declaration; complete it rather than sending an unverified form.
  • Assumed reimbursement: official programme travel under norms does not imply TA/DA for the interview or typing test.
  • Assumed permanency: the 19-month engagement carries no regular appointment right and no automatic renewal promise.

❓ Answers to genuine Tiruvallur DCCM applicant questions

How many places are available? Exactly one. A 2–3-person waiting list is a contingency, not three extra jobs.

Is this the Ariyalur DCCM Technical Assistant notice? No. This notice and form explicitly name Tiruvallur District, its District Forest Officer, Tiruvallur address and 29 October publication. Do not reuse Ariyalur's deadlines or master identity.

What if I live in Chennai and work in Tiruvallur? The notice requires residence in Tiruvallur District. The authority should resolve disputed domicile circumstances; an office location alone does not establish compliance.

Can a Public Policy graduate apply? Public Policy is expressly named, provided the degree is undergraduate and recognised and other eligibility requirements hold.

Can I apply with a master's instead of a relevant UG? The notice demands a relevant undergraduate degree. A master's does not automatically cure an unrelated/unaccepted UG; seek clarification for mixed academic backgrounds.

Is 60% graduation compulsory? No minimum graduation percentage is printed. The form asks for actual marks/CGPA, but that is not a published 60% threshold.

Is one year in a government office mandatory? No. It may receive first preference; the notification does not disqualify all other candidates for lack of that service period.

Do I need both languages' typing? Yes. The notice expressly requires basic typing in Tamil and English, not one or the other.

Will the test require Tamil 30 WPM / English 40 WPM? Neither figure is published; do not treat hypothetical speeds as eligibility.

Is there an officially prescribed written syllabus? No separate CBT or written question paper and syllabus are notified. The announced assessments are typing and interview.

When is the typing test? The source does not publish a date. 10 November is the application deadline, not the test date.

What is the pay? ₹22,000 consolidated per month. Take-home salary and additional benefits are Not specified.

Is the contract permanently renewable? The notified sanction is 19 months, with no right to government regular appointment or guaranteed renewal.

Can I send the form by post? The notice explicitly lists email and in-person delivery. It does not confirm post/courier as an accepted route.

What is the fee? Not specified in the original notice. Do not copy another district's fee or claim a published waiver.

Are specific reserved-category seats advertised? No category-wise reservation is printed for this sole seat. The notice also provides no numerical age-relaxation schedule.

Does the interview pay travel expenses? No. The PDF says no TA/DA for the typing test or interview.

Which address should I use? For personal receipt, the District Forest Officer, District Forest Office, Tiruvallur Collector office Camps, Tiruvallur-602 001. For email, use the two listed contacts and the official subject line.

Where is the authentic form? The district government recruitment page links the original 3-page prescribed form separately from the 3-page recruitment notice.

Post description

Technical Assistant — Tiruvallur DCCM | 01 post | ₹22,000 consolidated monthly | 19-month sanction

This position functions as a climate-action coordination and documentation assistant at the Tiruvallur District Collectorate. Its actual duties bring together the district mission, environmental line departments and the state Department of Environment and Climate Change. The government has published one place; 2–3 other candidates may be kept on a waiting list, but the waiting list does not expand recruitment to three or four places.

Minimum eligible educational route — check the degree and its subject

The notification specifically requires a recognised undergraduate degree in Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Forestry, Wildlife or Public Policy, or a similarly relevant discipline. The authority has not supplied an exhaustive equivalence list; a candidate with a differently titled degree should present the exact university award and specialisation, not assume automatic acceptance. The notice does not specify a compulsory Master's, 60% degree mark, environmental licence, GATE or NET qualification. The official form nevertheless asks for academic performance—year of passing, institution and percentage/CGPA—across SSLC, HSC, UG and PG/Other rows. A higher qualification can be declared truthfully but does not remove the need to satisfy the essential undergraduate route.

Two hard gates independent of the degree

First, the candidate must be a resident of Tiruvallur District. The form records native district/residence as well as a separate permanent address. Mere proximity to Tiruvallur or employment there should not be treated as automatic district domicile. Second, the applicant must not have completed 40 years of age by 01 October 2026. Born on 1 October 1986 means already 40 on the reference date; born the next day is not yet 40. There is no published age-relaxation schedule in this notice, and no numerical minimum age. The user should not apply a different DCCM district's eligibility or age table.

Typewriting: not optional and not quantified beyond the published wording

Basic Tamil and English typewriting is expressly required. Form item 10 provides English — Lower / Higher / None and Tamil — Lower / Higher / None, and asks for supporting documents. Candidates should give the actual credential or truthful declaration, not invent grades. Shortlisted applicants will face an in-person typing test as well as an in-person interview. The employer has not yet announced a WPM figure, allowed errors, passage type, language weightage, cut-off, time limit or test date. Typewriting practice in both languages is sensible but it is not an officially prescribed syllabus.

One-year experience: preferred evidence, not an automatic barrier

The notice uses the phrase may be given first preference for candidates with at least one year relevant work experience, preferably in a Government Department or Government Office. This does not say that a first-time applicant is forbidden to apply if otherwise eligible. It also does not announce points for public service. Describe any actual office work by employer, designation, from/to dates, total duration and nature of duties in form item 11, with authentic supporting experience certificates. Particularly pertinent work listed in the source includes data entry, tabulation, official files, records, reports, letters and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Eight concrete output areas from the official duty list

  1. Departmental liaison: coordinate environmental and climate-action updates across district line departments.
  2. State–district interface: help transmit and document activity information between the state Department of Environment and Climate Change and Tiruvallur DCCM.
  3. Two-monthly mission meetings: assist with organisation and prepare/submit minutes every two months; don't confuse the meeting recurrence with interview scheduling.
  4. Climate initiative records: document actual adaptation and mitigation initiatives, with accountable narrative and supporting evidence.
  5. Scheme and innovation review: collate information on existing environment/climate schemes and relevant innovations for DCCM review.
  6. Workshop coordination: help arrange District Level Climate Resilient Capacity Building Workshops and mission capacity-building programmes.
  7. File and expenditure documentation: maintain official files, reports, photographs, videography and expenditure statements associated with DCCM activities.
  8. Planning and assignment support: support future stakeholder engagements, upcoming activities and other authorised DCCM tasks; official travel may be required under Government norms.

A credible applicant portfolio can mention actual registers, Excel tabulations, meeting records and PowerPoint presentations prepared previously. Such examples should be described as work evidence, not scored employer tests or additional mandatory certifications. The recruitment is not advertised as a GIS Analyst or Research Scientist vacancy; do not insert an unsupported GIS/software requirement.

Salary and tenure: what ₹22,000/19 months really mean

₹22,000 per month is consolidated remuneration. The sanctioned contract runs for 19 months, subject to government engagement terms. A straight 19 × ₹22,000 arithmetic figure of ₹4,18,000 is only a nominal full-duration illustration, not a declared guaranteed total salary, one-time benefit, take-home figure or renewal entitlement. Extra allowances, deductions and pay increments are Not specified. The selected candidate has no right to a regular permanent government appointment. Official programme travel under applicable rules should not be confused with selection attendance; TA/DA is specifically denied for attending the typing test/interview.

Every entry on the actual three-page application form

Page 1: recent passport photograph; full name in block letters; father's/husband's name; date of birth and age calculated at 01.10.2026; gender; native district/residence; permanent address; mobile; email.

Exact submission procedure and last receipt

The notice permits email or personal delivery. Email addresses are tvrdfo@gmail.com and cmgfp.tlr@gmail.com. Use the exact subject Application for Technical Assistant, District Climate Change Mission, Tiruvallur and attach the completed signed form and evidence. Including both addresses is prudent, though the notice does not impose an independent two-email acknowledgement rule. For personal delivery, address the packet to the District Forest Officer, District Forest Office, Tiruvallur Collector office Camps, Tiruvallur – 602001. The government webpage explicitly states a receipt deadline of 10 November 2026, 5:45 PM, whereas the PDF itself gives the date without the clock time. A late email or assumption of midnight closing risks rejection. Fees and attachment byte limits are Not specified.

Full selection pathway and what is still unknown

  1. Receipt of form by the published district deadline and checking of signed declaration, age and supporting copies.
  2. Shortlisting against relevant degree, local residence, age and bilingual typing, considering the non-mandatory relevant-work preference.
  3. In-person typing test and in-person interview for shortlisted applicants. Their order, marks, WPM, venue details and dates are not announced. No separate CBT syllabus is printed.
  4. Competent authority decision, maintenance of a 2–3-candidate waiting list, and contractual engagement for the successful candidate in accordance with DCCM conditions. Result and joining dates are not announced.

The district may modify the recruitment schedule or cancel the process under applicable norms. No TA/DA for attendance. There is no reason to fabricate an admit-card, objective answer-key, merit cutoff or final result record until an official update exists.

Cases worth checking before applying

  • A candidate with a named relevant environmental undergraduate degree but resident outside Tiruvallur does not satisfy the expressly stated district-residence gate.
  • A Tiruvallur resident with only English typing does not satisfy the stated Tamil AND English condition.
  • An applicant with no prior government-office service may still be considered under the printed rules; the one-year experience language is preferential, not mandatory.
  • A person already aged 40 on 1 October fails the printed upper-age rule even if they turn 40 only shortly before the application closing date.
  • An employee of a relevant government office should show date-wise, relevant duties, not simply an unsupported '1+ year' line.
  • A signed CV alone, with no completed prescribed three-page form, does not replace the published application process.
